AI computing and data center architectures are undergoing a fundamental transformation of disaggregation and composability, driven by the enablement of CXL (Computing Express Link) technology.We are working on a CXL/PCIe-based chip for cloud computing applications. We're expanding our team and looking to add an experienced Semiconductor Product/Test Engineer to join our team. The position will play a leading role in defining test hardware (package and wafer) specification according to selected ATE system to ensure full test coverage at minimum test time. You will lead overseas Product and Test Development engineers to resolve manufacturing issues.Top Reasons to Work with Us• Competitive Compensation ($100K - $200K base Depending on Experience)• Comprehensive Benefits package including stock options!• The chance to join a small start-up tackling challenging problems with huge upside potential!What You Will Be Doing• Responsible for evaluating high speed and high power new product ideas/concepts, and working with various functional teams to develop and bring the production from design to manufacturing.• Define test hardware (package and wafer) specification according to selected ATE system to ensure full test coverage at minimum test time.• Debug and bring up the test hardware on ATE.• Work closely with design teams in different time zones.• Develop production and characterization testing of various semiconductor devices on ATE.• Improve the yield and test time for both wafer sort as well as final test.• Transfer (set-up, correlate, and release to production) new test hardware & software to various Asia based sub-contractors, utilizing correlation units to insure accurate production test results.• Communicate to overseas (Asia) Product and Test Development engineers to resolve manufacturing issues.What You Need for this PositionBS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in the following:• Familiar with ATE test equipment, preferrably Advantest 93K, Teradyne UltraFlex and UltraFlexPlus or similar• Strong hands-on experience on mixed-signal device debugging on ATE and experience on SerDes Test will be a plus.• Hands-on experience with high density memory repair.• Solid programming skills (Perl, Python and VBA) or LabVIEW for test automation• Strong trouble-shooting skills.• Knowledge on PCB/Schematic design.
