Supply Chain Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our production and ensure timely delivery of our products to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, optimizing inventory levels, and developing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities• Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished goods• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing costs• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce lead times• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and quality, to improve processes and resolve issues• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing as needed• Regularly analyze key performance indicators and report on supply chain performance to senior managementQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the lumber or construction industry• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices• Proven track record of managing inventory effectively and optimizing supply chain operations• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills• Experience with production planning and scheduling• Nice to have skills: Experience in operations, structure, construction, manufacturing, quality, and industrialBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
