The Tax Manager is responsible for preparing, managing, and reviewing all company taxes, including corporate, trust, and individual tax returns. This role requires expertise in CPA, accounting, tax, Quickbooks, and Ultra Tax software. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a demonstrated history of completing tax projects accurately and on-time.Position Overview• Prepare, manage, and review all company taxes in a timely and accurate manner.• Research and analyze current tax regulations to minimize and optimize company taxes.• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.Key Responsibilities• Create and file quarterly and annual tax returns for corporate, trust, and individual taxes.• Estimate taxes due and process payments in a timely manner.• Develop and recommend tax strategies to reduce company taxes.• Manage and monitor all federal, state, and local tax filings.• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external tax professionals.• Support tax audits.Qualifications• CPA certification or equivalent experience.• Minimum 5 years of tax experience.• Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks, UltraTax, and other accounting software.• Excellent organizational and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and with high attention to detail.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
