Position: Tax ManagerOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and hold a CPA license. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of tax planning and compliance for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. This is a critical role within our organization and requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients• Review and prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships• Provide guidance and support to clients on tax issues and changes in tax laws• Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance and identify tax-saving opportunities• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals• Collaborate with other departments and external parties to gather necessary information for tax filings• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure complianceQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field• CPA license required• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax• Strong knowledge of individual, corporate, and partnership taxation• Experience with tax planning and research• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksBenefits• PTO• Medical• Dental• Vision• 401(k)• Paid Holidays• BonusesEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
