Treasury Manager - job 3 of 3

Location: Madawaska, Maine 100% onsite (Relocation Offered)Salary: $85,000-125,000 /yearPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our company's treasury operations, ensuring optimal cash flow, liquidity, and financial stability.Key Responsibilities• Manage daily cash balances, forecasts, and short-term cash investments• Oversee cash management, including bank account administration, wire transfers, and cash positioning• Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting principles• Manage intercompany funding and transfers• Manage payroll, 401k administration, and tax payments• Manage vendor payments, journal entries, and accounts payable• Conduct liquidity analysis and cash projections• Assist in credit and audit activities• Provide financial analysis and data analysis as needed• Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing and collections, to ensure optimal financial performanceQualifications• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field• 3+ years of experience in treasury management• Experience with cash management/forecasting and transaction processing• Experience with 401k administration, cash transfer, and reconciliation• Proficiency in Excel• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environmentBenefits• Health + Dental Coverage• Generous Retirement Plan• Paid Vacation• Life + Disability Insurance• Tuition Reimbursement• Wellness BenefitEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
