Job Description:
The Cycle Counter 4 is responsible for ensuring the integrity of inventory records through analysis, development, and coordination of all assigned tasks relating to inventory control. These include daily cycle counts, material transactions, bin audits and other Adhoc Inventory related requests.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Create cycle count documents and reports

Perform cycle counts and physical inventories in all locations including those that are offsite

Ability to provide root cause analysis at an intermediate level for most inventory discrepancies.

Responsible for the inventory integrity of all Warehouse and WIP inventories via Cycle Count Audit Policy and Procedure.

Work closely with department Inventory Analysts in determining resolution to more complex material reconciliation efforts.

Provides continuous improvement feedback and implements processes accordingly.

Develops and maintains a close communication relationship with Materials, Production, Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, Finance, Receiving and IQC.

Adhere to all manufacturing policies, guidelines and procedures.

Comply with general Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and Warehouse housekeeping processes.

Maintains a safe and orderly work environment and reports any safety hazards to Supervisor or Lead immediately

Other duties as assigned by Cycle Count Supervisor
Skill/Job Requirements:

Minimum Possesses a high school degree or GED
-
Minimum 3 years prior warehouse experience and/or exhibits knowledge of inventory control activities (cycle counts, physical inventory, root cause analysis etc.)

Knowledge of GMP’s and previous work experience in a medical manufacturing environment is preferred.

Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently each day.
-
Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting) is required (at least 70% of hours worked).

Ability to investigate and navigate system data in determining root cause analysis and reconciliation.
-
Able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments, while complying with verbal and written instructions.

Able to work with minimal supervision.

Prior computer experience (including MS Office products and ERP systems). SAP and Agile preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Possess Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook) preferred

Safe operation of all material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks. Portable stairs etc.) with ISI Training and Certification

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1:$54,400 - $73,600
Base Salary Range Region 2: $46,200 - $62,600
