Senior Manager of Product Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing efforts at Cyderes. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this position will play a pivotal role in driving the go-to-market strategy for our suite of cybersecurity services. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Service Teams, and Marketing to develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives that effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to target audiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Product Positioning: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target market segments, highlighting key differentiators and value propositions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional departments to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new service launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats, leveraging insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Content Development: Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, thought leadership assets and solution presentations, website content, blogs, product datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, partner assets, and support sales efforts and educate prospects and customers about Cyderes solutions.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with Sales and Alliance teams to develop effective sales tools and training programs that equip sales representatives with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell Cyderes solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and campaign execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, analyzing results to inform future strategies and tactics.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the technology industry, with a focus on cybersecurity preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for B2B technology products.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies preferred.
