Assembly Engineer

Job Description:

• The individual assigned to this role will be responsible for the execution of the following tasks at our client locations.
• Seeking creative, motivated, energetic, hands on Experimental/Production Assembly/Test Engineers experiences to support activities associated with validated activities such as engine build, instrumentation, teardown and test operations on test vehicles.
• Responsibilities include assist Lead Test Engineers, providing technical direction and daily task coordination, cross Functional Team leadership, troubleshooting, assembly floor and test stand direction. Work would include but not be limited to instrumentation management, assembly/disassembly direction, report writing, test monitoring, instrumentation and engine hardware management.
• Experience with engine hardware, assembly and/or testing. Knowledge of engine performance, instrumentation, and test data analysis.
• Self-motivation to determine the plan task required and follows through the little direction to achieve a significant goal.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer requirements priorities and schedules. Opportunity to be assigned to multiple engine programs.
• Experience with SAP, Teamcenter, Assembly Process and Test procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $53,531.67 - $62,000.00 per year
