UX Designer - Remote / Telecommute

Job Description:Requirement:• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years designing digital experiences, demonstrating increasing levels of mastery of candidate craft.• Must have tool experience : Figma, Journey Maps.Nice to Have:• Prototyping (with Flinto, Framer, Marvel, Principle or similar.• Prior Experience designing mobile & Web based product environment - especially in e-commerce.• Strong understanding of design theory and concepts to create effective visual communication with hierarchy and balance (typography, color, space, contrast).• Ability to work with design templates and patterns.• Experience in user research and translating findings into outcomes.• Experience designing in desktop-based product environments.• Lead in the creation of product experiences independency but with feedback from peers and internal SMEs.• Think holistically to deliver a design with end to end experiences in mind.• Solve complex problems and work with others to collaborate and merge solutions into a larger structure and create a cohesive design ecosystem.• Excellent written & verbal communication.• Track record of deploying user interface standards and conventions, functional communication flows and dynamic, engaging interfaces.
