Product Management Leader
What you will do:
In this role, you will lead product management in collaboration with engineering and marketing teams, to define, develop, position, and launch world class generative AI inference solutions for the datacenter. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and business background to build technical product requirements consolidating customer needs, internal feedback, industry trends and business requirements. To be successful in this role, in-depth knowledge and prior experience in AI/ML product management (hardware and software), engineering, and design is essential.
In this role, you will:
Define, position and launch d-matrix AI accelerators in the datacenter
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to leverage our products
Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships
Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
Analyze product requirements, and develop success metrics and ensure they’re met
Responsibilities
Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
Create documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Develop product positioning and messaging
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent field, with at least 15 overall years of experience and at least 5 years of product management leadership experience.
Track record of successfully delivering world class datacenter AI platforms to market
Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Experience in collaborating with OEMs, ODMs and CSPs
Track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
Hands-on technical understanding of AI/ML datacenter infrastructure and hardware accelerators
Experience with generative AI inference
Experience with leading AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, ONNX, etc. and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
