Business Data Migration Expert

! This role lasts initially for one year with expected extension.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Perform business related tasks of data migration activities on the assigned data objects in order to cash area, in line with global/deployment/country requirements and timelines.
You will be part of deployment (above-country) data migration team, work closely with functional points of contact for data migration, business users from countries and IT counterparts
Ensure Sales data cleansing tasks are completed on time
Complete data collection for manual/construction objects on time
Work together with IT counterparts to prepare value mappings
Create and maintain master lists if applicable for assigned objects
Provide business insights and information to technical teams for extraction and conversion from the legacy system(s) for assigned data objects
Ensure Sales data readiness & verify quality throughout data journey for assigned data objects
Verify that data is fit for purpose (incl. alignment with internal/external stakeholders)
Perform manual (type-in) data loads into target clients where applicable for assigned objects
Execution and approval of data verification scripts

• 6+ years of relevant experience

• Understand business processes in Commercial/Sales management area (order to cash, pricing, contracts)

• Experience with using ERP system in order to cash area

• Strategic and hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues)

• Strong MS Office skills (mainly Excel)

• ERP project implementation experience is preferred as well as Data Migration experience

• Fluency in English (spoken & written);
