Onsite IT Support Technician (Part time, Contractor, English)

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Onsite IT Support Technician to join our team on a part-time basis (2 days a week) as a contractor. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT systems for our clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong background in IT support and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage network connectivity and troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining servers, user accounts, and security protocols.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on systems and software.
  • Ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
  • Document technical processes, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with remote support teams, when necessary, to escalate and resolve complex problems
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, and email configurations.
  • Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, routers, and switches.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software problems.
  • Strong understanding of IT security practices and user management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Candidates must provide a clear criminal record no older than 3 months.
