About You:
You’re accustomed to working on Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) and are already sold on the value this technology can bring our customers. You’re able to understand existing CRM/Power Platform solutions, understand the client’s pain points and guide the team to deliver better solution. You’re able to act a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 CE, staying up to date with new releases and functionality. With your great commercial and analytical acumen, you effectively establish confidence with our clients, and get satisfaction from great service delivery and making an impact. You love working in a collaborative environment where you can use your initiative to realize results.

You will have:
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate Flow) is required.
  • Experience extending Dynamics 365 CE using scripts and plugins is required.
  • Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, Azure(PaaS, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps etc.,)
  • Experience of multiple implementations, including technical or functional architecture
  • Experience in a post Go Live environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
About the Role:
The trend to use the Platform as a Service (PaaS) means our clients are looking to leverage the platform to better realize business outcomes.

As a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant - Customer Engagement, you will be part of the team that will always look to seek further value for your clients in a post Go Live situation. You’ll collect information, analyze requirements, solve problems, providing technical and operational support.

Day to day you will:
  • Explore solutions across the applications architecture as implemented in order to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Be part of a project team that handles multiple clients, where the project required multi releases and significant coordination
  • Initial and primary point of contact to clients for all project concerns and issues.
  • Work within SLA’s and ensure deliverables are ready on time
  • Work with Power Platform applications and Portals
  • Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model and match processes to application requirements
  • Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
  • Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients’ businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements
Location: Remote working with minimal scheduled travel as needed.

Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $107,100 - $153,000
Colorado: $92,650 - $125,000
New York: $113,050 - $153,000
Washington: $107,100 - $144,000
