Day to Day:  

  • Hold a daily morning meeting with your team for effective communication and coordination.
  • Conduct face-to-face visits to homes, introducing our company and showcasing our products or services.
  • Endure prolonged periods of standing or walking in an outdoor environment.
  • Sustain a polished demeanor and adhere to professional standards in both appearance and behavior.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dynamic team of canvassers to drive a result.  

   

Requirements and Skills:  

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license with an approved driving record.
  • Results-driven mindset with a hunger for success.
  • Possessing the capacity to uphold a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Complete a paid basic management course.

   

Our Canvass Managers enjoy:  

   

Lucrative earning potential-  

  • Guaranteed base rate of $22.50/hr.
  • Uncapped daily bonus opportunities.
  • Additional monthly bonus opportunities.
  • Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually. Top performers earn over $100,000+ annually.
  • Consistent commitment to developing leadership skills and pursuing avenues for personal and professional growth.

   

Experience & Qualifications:  

  • A passion for mentorship and the ability to inspire and guide team members towards personal and professional growth.
  • Previous leadership/management experience preferred, but not required.
  • Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey goals, motivate the team, and engage with clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving market conditions and implement innovative canvassing approaches.
