Location: 4835 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy #1100, Dallas, TX 75244
 
Salary: $18 Hourly 
For Spanish Speaking Bilingual Candidates: $19 Hourly 
Full time; Flexible schedule

We are dedicated to transforming home improvement services and are seeking a meticulous and proactive Call Center Quality Assurance Agent to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our call center operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
  • Auditing and scoring all telephonic communication
  • Track results of call center production and report results to payroll
  • Track progress with Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists
  • Track monthly/daily bonuses for Call Center Dialers/Confirmers
  • Keep accurate records and documentation of Marketing Production
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Monitor and adjust time cards for the Marketing department

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email, email scheduling tools, internet, and internet-based applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Project a professional demeanor always
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
