For more information, visit DailyPay's Press Center.The Role:We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can lead with creativity, drive impactful design solutions, and elevate our product design to new heights. If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.How You Will Make an Impact:• Problem-Solving Mastery: Tackle complex design challenges, by translating abstract payroll-related decisions and actions into user-friendly solutions, delivering a superior, best-in-class user experience.• Expert Design Execution: Create detailed mockups and immersive prototypes, leveraging tools such as Figma and Sketch to demonstrate interactions, transitions and workflows.• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize insights from research and analytics to inform and justify your design choices.• Collaborative Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Content Design, to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with DailyPay's brand and user experience.• Strategic Influence: Work closely with Product Managers to shape product roadmaps and contribute significantly to project outcomes and business metrics.• Culture Contribution: Play a key role in cultivating our team and company culture, bringing a positive influence and commitment to our innovative environment.What You Bring to The Team:• Experienced Designer: Have at least 3 years of experience in Product or UX Design, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital products, especially B2B SaaS web applications. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.
