If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of the qualifications.How You Will Make an Impact:• Problem-Solving Mastery: Tackle complex design challenges, by translating abstract payroll-related decisions and actions into user-friendly solutions, delivering a superior, best-in-class user experience.• Expert Design Execution: Create detailed mockups and immersive prototypes, leveraging tools such as Figma and Sketch to demonstrate interactions, transitions and workflows.• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize insights from research and analytics to inform and justify your design choices.• Collaborative Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Content Design, to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with DailyPay's brand and user experience.• Strategic Influence: Work closely with Product Managers to shape product roadmaps and contribute significantly to project outcomes and business metrics.• Culture Contribution: Play a key role in cultivating our team and company culture, bringing a positive influence and commitment to our innovative environment.What You Bring to The Team:• Experienced Designer: Have at least 3 years of experience in Product or UX Design, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital products, especially B2B SaaS web applications. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.
