Our client provides global customer service solutions for various companies. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering customer service support for one of their major accounts: a large international technology company with a wide range of products and services.
As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the point of contact for Czech-speaking customers who need technical support for various products. You will answer questions via phone, chat, and email, helping customers with issues such as installation problems, account settings, and after-sales queries. Your technical expertise and customer-oriented approach ensure that every problem is resolved quickly and efficiently.
