You'll also see a company that investors trust-our culture of continuous improvement has helped us outperform the S&P 500 by more than 5,000% over the past 25 years.The Talent Program Manager is responsible for the design and/or delivery of learning solutions for high potential talent, early career talent, and mid-level people leaders, along with the development of career tools for all associates. You'll have the opportunity to advance your career while supporting global initiatives for Platform associates across the 10 Life Sciences Operating Companies.This position is part of the Life Sciences Human Resources team and is a remote role located in the United States.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:• Design and/or deploy talent programs focused on accelerating development of succession pipeline, talent funnel, and mid-level people leaders.• Lead global execution of Danaher's Leadership Development Nomination and Early Career Programs including General Manager Development Program (GMDP) and Maximizing Leadership Performance (MLP).• Program manage annual Performance Management and Development processes and partner with Danaher Talent COE to drive process improvement.• Program manage engagement survey and evolving employee listening strategy, partnering closely with Danaher engagement team members and Life Sciences communications partner.• Provide insights into the status of L&D programs by reviewing the monthly KPIs and initiating continuous improvement activities for areas not on track.The essential requirements of the job include:• Bachelor's degree• 5+ years in Human Resources related function in a multinational matrixed organization• 5+ years combined experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and/or Early Careers• 2+ years experience managing projects with cross-functional teams• Proficient systems and technical experience including solid MS Office skills and Human Resources and/or Learning Management SystemsTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:• Ability to travel - 10-15% U.S. and globally per business needsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with and influence key stakeholders• Change management including use of tools, methodologies, and more emergent change strategies• Strong analytical skills that include the understanding of how to collect critical data, analyze data, identify key themes/trends and translate them into plausible recommendations; further represent information in an engaging and appealing manner#LI-KW4At Danaher we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
