Responsibilities

Build a wide range of People & Culture functions including onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and company communications
Lead compensation and benefits review process
Identify and implement programs and processes that develop needed skills, knowledge, and experience to promote a safety-first and continuous learning environment
Manage workers' compensation claims and processes to ensure compliance and support for affected employees
