Car Sales Professional - College Grad Program (All Locations)

D&M Leasing is growing and seeking a Car Salesperson to join our team. This program is designed for a recent college graduate who has 6 months or less of post-graduation professional experience. Our sales/leasing professionals act as advisors to our clients, guiding them through a streamlined process from the initial phone call to the delivery of the vehicle. We are selective in our interview process, but we pour everything we have into your success and career!

-Competitive Pay: $150,000- $200,000 earning potential, Uncapped and our pay plans don’t change

Qualifications:

-1-2 Years of industry experience required

-Automotive Dealership experience required

-Proven professional with a track record of success

-Exhibit a professional phone demeanor and be comfortable with frequent phone interactions

-Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record required
