ASO/SEO Manager

NBA Top Shot caught lightning in a bottle, bringing in over one million users to the blockchain in a matter of months. We're looking for experienced growth marketing experts to take our growth trajectory to the next level. We're looking for an experienced ASO/SEO specialist who can bring a data-driven approach to scaling growth across omnichannel touchpoints. The ideal candidate has worked for... D2C companies and has scaled their user base to the millions while keeping revenue goals in mind. Location: Remote OK, working on Pacific Time and traveling to Vancouver when needed Jobs to be done: Develop, test, and execute hypotheses to improve front-end and back-end metrics like revenue, install rate, and conversion rate across platforms Develop measurement and reporting frameworks for ASO campaign performance, and the impact on the user acquisition funnel Coordinate with internal and external agencies on creative assets for App Store and Play Store Promote ASO internally and assist marketing and product teams on identifying opportunities to help with ASO efforts Conduct competitive analysis and research, staying on top of all the consistently evolving ASO landscape More about Dapper Labs: Dapper Labs, the company behind CryptoKitties, NBA Top Shot, NFL ALL DAY, UFC Strike and the Flow blockchain, uses blockchain technology to bring NFTs and new forms of digital engagement to fans around the world paving the way to a more open and inclusive digital world starting with games and entertainment. Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification Brand Marketing & Management, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
