Job Outline:
Due to high growth within the company, we are looking to grow our Data Team to help us provide agile data across all aspects of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst who is looking for a varied and interesting role in Europe’s largest equity crowdfunding platform. The job can be based out of our Exeter, London or Cardiff offices with flexible hybrid working.

What you will be doing:
As a Data Analyst, you will be working within the Data Team to provide agile data that yields insights and inspires data-driven decision making across the business.
Day to day you will:
Extract, manipulate, analyse and visualise data from the data warehouse using SQL and data visualisation tools.
Work with all departments across the organisation, to help them understand their data needs and collaborate to provide effective solutions
Monitor and respond to internal data requests
Maintain data integrity within internal data systems
Collaborate with the Data Team to come up with solutions and ideas
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with SQL
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience using Tableau or other data visualisation tools (e.g Looker, PowerBI)
At least two years relevant commercial experience as a Data Analyst
The ability to think critically and solve problems
Understanding of databases and data warehouses
And will be:
A great communicator and team player
Eager to learn and demonstrate critical thinking
Comfortable working in a fast-changing business

Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager and a task, followed by a final interview with other members of the team. There aren't any trick questions and the task will typically be based on a real scenario the team have worked on.
