Job Description Summary

Lead KPI & Process and Tool Standards, will be leading process mapping and redesign initiatives as well as partnering with DT and Functions in designing tools to support smooth operations and execution improvement.
Will assist in keeping the Business Performance standards as well as tracking and reporting out the Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the Aero JV. Will lead all aspects of prioritization, performance measurement and action planning to drive continuous improvement and collaboration within the Company’s Organization towards achieving key business objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Adhere to department policies, procedures, and control expectations
• Ability to gather, compile and analyze data
• Work with Quality department to correlate scope of work routers and Skill Matrix task to be able to align both initiatives
• Assist in improving routers and work scope/router compliance or other shop documentation
• Proactively help improve processes and assist in developing procedures and work instructions when needed to sustain the process improvements
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Able to prioritize tasks

Basic Qualifications

• Working towards degree in Computer Science, Software, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Knowledge in advanced analytics tools / Strong coding skills e.g. Java, Python, C++, or other
• Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).
• Must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be willing to work in geographical area specified by the business
• Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship
