Pharma Reporting maintains a highly experienced team that is dedicated to data delivery, analytics, and reporting functional areas. Our reporting is designed to provide data analytics in a timely manner while ensuring that our clients, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, receive actionable data that can be used to monitor activity, as well as develop program improvement recommendations. Through our various software applications, data feeds, and secured third-party communications; Accredo can collect and track a significant volume of data and provide the most comprehensive reporting to our clients.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Developer builds the Specialty Pharmacy reports for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, and ensures they are delivered to our internal and external data recipients on time and accurately. The report build process includes contract and requirement review, development, quality assurance, and scheduling. The Developer assists the Business Analyst in optimizing and troubleshooting the reports and is responsible for identifying the root cause of issues and resolving any data concerns in the reports or their scheduling. Collaboration with other team members and our internal partners will be necessary for successful product launch and issue management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop reports in a reporting tool such as Business Objects
Advise of reporting capabilities during contracting
Performing code validation on your own and peer’s reports
Perform testing and Data Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure data accuracy and contract alignment
Document report specifications in master lists and elsewhere
Modify reports when logic or data errors are identified, internal or external change requests, or when regulatory requirements mandate changes
Research and resolve reporting issues, correct data errors and, communicate findings with all levels of employees and management, including internal business units
Participate in a round robin daily report check; sometimes working holidays and weekends
Participate in special projects with senior level or management oversight
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years relevant experience or Master’s degree
Solid problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
Adaptability and desire to learn
Strong customer service focus
Immaculate attention to detail with the ability to understand the bigger picture
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with health care or pharmaceutical industry preferred
Follow policies and procedures to ensure audit and corporate compliance
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines; with a willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate those project deadlines
Works largely through self-directed effort or partnering with others; solid performance with minimal supervision
Technical skills:
Experience creating reports in Business Objects, or similar Business Intelligence tool
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Access
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or Data Quality Assurance (QA) experience
Oracle or Teradata SQL
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 88,000 - 146,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
