The recruited AmeriCorps VISTA Member will assume the position of Data and Impact Associate with Raising A Village Foundation in Washington, D.C. As the Data and Impact Associate, you will support Raising A Village's organizational effectiveness efforts. You'll be primarily responsible for refining Raising A Village's program evaluation, collection of data, analysis, and both internal and external reporting. The Data and Impact Associate will support our efforts to cultivate a culture of data-informed decision-making and build our data capacity as an organization. You will track quantitative and qualitative performance metrics and will improve and develop data collection, evaluation, policies, procedures, and tools. Your work will directly strengthen the quality of Raising A Village's programming and ensure it supports learners and community members. They should be skilled in gathering and presenting data, and in creating a compelling story from a set of data points. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, data analysis, and graphics creation are preferred, but not required.

The AmeriCorps VISTA Data and Impact Associate must be someone who can be responsible for supporting data-informed decision-making and building our data capacity as an organization. AmeriCorps VISTA Data and Impact Associate should possess excellent administrative abilities and data collection and analysis experience. Excellent interpersonal relations skills are required as well as written/verbal communication skills. Advanced skills in Excel, Google Suite, data analysis, and graphics creation are preferred, but not required.
