Job Description

The Procurement Systems & Information team is responsible for working with all teams within the procurement department to provide reports, systems, and process improvements to improve decision making and efficiency. We are looking for an analytical, accurate, and inquisitive individual to play an important role in the expansion of this team.

As a Procurement Data & Reporting Analyst you will play an integral part in creating, testing, and maintaining reports used by the procurement department. You will be responsible for ensuring our reporting is accurate and effective, troubleshooting issues, and answering our end users’ questions. Successful candidates will have a passion for excellence, be self-motivated, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are necessary. Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Power BI reports that provide insights on key business decisions
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs
  • Write, update, and troubleshoot queries to pull data from multiple sources
  • Build and maintain complex data models in Power BI desktop
  • Optimize and document data models, queries, and DAX measures
  • Monitor the team inbox and address relevant questions as needed
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Power BI features and updates
  • Troubleshoot, test, and update existing Power BI reports
  • Other special projects as assigned


Qualifications

  • Excellent data reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work accurately at a fast pace
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills
  • A positive attitude with a determination to learn and grow
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working in Power BI and data modelling
  • Coding skills in languages such as SQL and DAX required


Ideal Applicants for this position:

  • Commute from within a 2-hour driving radius of our headquarters in Lancaster, PA
