Job Description


Job Title: Data and Verification Coordinator

Location: Stevens Point, WI – Corporate Office

Starting Salary: $47,747.96 - $52,522.76 (Salary commensurate with experience)

Skyward is currently seeking a Data and Verification Coordinator to join our Programming team.

As a Data Verification Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers to make sure we have the data and verification materials needed to convert our customer’s data in the desired timeline.

In this role, you will be collaborating with Migrations and Project Management and will provide direct support to the teams informing them of the status of the customer data and verification material.

What you will do:

  • Extract Data backups from the district’s previous vendor.
  • Update Customer SharePoint sites with necessary folders and documents.
  • Review Verification Materials to ensure all necessary materials have been provided.
  • Record and maintain a variety of documents and activity tracking.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate independent ability to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks.

What it takes:

  • The ideal candidate is dependable and possesses strong organizational, reasoning, and problem-solving skills, and provides excellent follow-through.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
  • Has a two or four-year degree or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered.
