Data Assistant- 12 Month FTC - job 2 of 2

We are seeking a Data Assistant to support our Quality & Sourcing team with collation and reporting of supplier & product data. This analytical role will help us build greater transparency of product and supplier performance. This is a great entry level opportunity where you will be part of the team that is responsible for ensuring products meet quality, legal, ethical and sustainability standards.

Some of your tasks will include:

• Analysing our returns and customer data to identify product and supplier concerns.
• Developing detailed supplier scorecards to influence sourcing decisions.
• Liaising with our suppliers to build detailed product attribute data.
• Working with suppliers and buying teams to improve product data accuracy and compliance.
• Supporting the Quality & Sourcing team with data queries and reporting.

Essential skills:

• Numerically confident with a keen eye for detail
• A good level of Microsoft office experience, particularly excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables)
• Good verbal and written communication skills and will be able to communicate with people at all levels
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Ability to prioritize workload, make things happen and take initiative
