We are currently seeking a SEO/SEM Manager.This role will be the key point of contact for ensuring SEO and SEM campaigns are performing, pacing, and running with precision. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, a proven track record of driving growth through search channels, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance. As a key point of contact for clients and agency teams, you will be the "search marketing campaign execution specialist" -- ensuring all parties are aligned and have clear direction on what is required to achieve and outperform campaign benchmarks while executing programs with precision.Essential Job Functions: *• Develop and execute comprehensive search marketing strategies for both paid and organic search to achieve company objectives.• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new opportunities in SEM and SEO.• Act as campaign executional lead to ensure success for your dedicated accounts, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve and outperform client goals.• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping and Display Campaigns.• Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns to optimize for high-performing keywords.• Write compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages.• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI.• Implement A/B testing to continually optimize ads and landing pages.• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple SEM live campaigns, with multiple partners with ownership of both established and emerging accounts.• Traffic and implement digital campaigns across multiple Search platforms.• Familiarity with paid search tools including Google's tools as well as third party tools such as SEMRush.• Manage estimates and budgets with accuracy including having the ability to forecast results.• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimization strategies.• Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other on-page elements for search engines.• Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve site authority.• Perform regular SEO audits to identify and rectify issues.• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content creation.• Track, report, forecast and analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives, and campaigns.• Use data to inform and refine strategies and tactics.• Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, including KPIs and ROI.• Create and present campaign wrap up reports showcasing campaign success, key learnings, and future recommendations.• Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive execution of search marketing strategies.• Be accountable for ongoing campaign performance, analysis, and optimizations to drive the strongest possible client results ROI.• Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with agency counterparts and vendor contacts to receive information about client goals and new product offerings.• Collaborate with digital team to troubleshoot problems, improve process, and ensure client satisfaction.• Be an advocate for the client, translating their needs into actionable direction for the Agency.• Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation. However, these tasks still constitute important performance aspects of the job.QualificationsKnowledge, Skill, and Abilities:• Eagerness to grow platform knowledge where applicable, and willingness to research and problem-solve to help launch new approaches.• Fluency in Microsoft Excel, especially pivot tables, and ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data points.• Knowledge of digital ad buying process, key players, industry hot topics required.• Knowledge of third-party ad servers is a nice to have (Campaign Manager, etc.)• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and SEMRush.• Knowledge and understanding of Omni-channel media approach, including upper, middle and lower funnel relationships.• Highly motivated, initiative driven, and highly communicative.• Self-starter and independent contributor, offering solutions with little oversight.• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and communications across different clients and teams.• Knowledge of social media, YouTube, and Programmatic programs are a plus• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation and presentation communication skills.• Strong organization and project management skills required.• Exceptional standards for quality and strong attention to detail.Education, Experience, and Certification: *• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.• 3-5 years related experience in an agency environment and in a client-facing role.• Deep knowledge of cross-channel digital programs including Search (organic and paid) and an understanding of Social, Video and Display.• Experience with digital platforms required. These include Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
