This is a 1st Shift role (M-F, 6:00AM – 2:30PM), in the warehouse with a starting rate of $25.34 per hour.
Job Summary:
Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Conducts physical inventories and creates cycle count requests. Analyzes and, when able, corrects inventory discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Identifies root cause of discrepancies.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Leads and communicates activities, company goals, and deadlines to team. Delegates tasks, provides updates on orders and coordinates work with various departments. Works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative. Communicates questions, concerns and issues and escalates as needed. Creates documentation for standardized procedures and assists in department training needs. Frequently interacts with peers and customers to exchange or present complex or technical information.
Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports for internal usage. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Assembles data, analyzes performance, identifies problems, and develops recommendations which support the management of supply chain. Tracks, analyzes, and reports the pertinent KPI’s.
May also place reorder requests for floor stock and bulk materials. . Reviews documentation and leverages SAP/external systems to assess, replenish, and prioritize material and finished goods to support production and shipping processes. Provides documentation support, materials administration and process support. Performs data entry, discrepancy trouble shooting and manages cycle counts. Supports the training and onboarding needs of the facility by developing and updating training curriculum.
Overtime is an essential function of this position which typically requires 8-10 hours of overtime/week. Actual overtime hours may vary.

Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of High School Diploma/GED OR 6 years of verified related experience
