RESPONSIBILITIES
Build trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders within IT & Business
Be a thought-leader in the Data & Analytics space, helping define the analytics agenda and identify specific opportunities to create value with D&A
Participate in client engagement, ensuring that projects “land successfully” and generate tangible business value
Coordinate with EPAM Senior Leadership to co-develop + support account plans & strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
Drive revenue within the account portfolio by identifying opportunities while solutioning, launching, and orchestrating a wide range of data & analytics engagements
Perform as a Principal Consultant leading complex transformational initiatives
Own and actively contribute to strategic deliverables, such as vision, mission statements, solution designs, strategies & roadmaps
Support pre-sales activities by assessing D&A opportunities, responding to RFPs, creating proposals + presentations, and helping to close new deals
Establish Impact on Client Value & Business Growth by achieving target revenue goals and target billable utilization
REQUIREMENTS
Extensive history working with end-to-end data and analytics solutions (BigData, Cloud, Advanced Analytics, MLOps)
History working within Healthcare or Life Sciences (Payer, Provider, Payvider, Clinical, R&D, Manufacturing)
Strong Understanding of Cloud and Data Analytics technologies & trends
Experience within IT or Management Consulting (8+ years)
Proven history launching and managing complex technology initiatives or large-scale programs
Highly skilled in developing and growing client relationships while managing customer expectations
Expert problem solver and creative thinker
Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support
Comfortable leading teams while tackling a high level of uncertainty, large number of stakeholders, and tight timelines
