Data Entry Specialist- Quality Control

Job Discipline Description

The Data QC Specialist is responsible for the accuracy and completion of data with a focus on quality control. This position will also assist in the daily operations of the computerized order entry system. ​

General Profile

• Reviews source documents for data input
• Checks accuracy and relevance of input and output data by visual examination, correcting codes and batching for computer processing
• Verifies output against control totals, reviews format and accuracy of printouts, and distributes information to appropriate departments
• Performs a variety of complex tasks. Requires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
• Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
• May act as a lead, coordinating the work of others
• Working hours: 7am-3:30pm (Eastern)
• First 6 months in the role are fully in office at our Duluth, GA location, then role will become hybrid.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
