We're looking for a Data Scientist to join our North American Digital Strategy team. Our team’s mission is to elevate the competitiveness of Mosaic's North America Business by deepening strategic insight and accelerating the impact of technology. We want our manufacturing and business partners to acquire meaningful insight to help increase our throughput, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.

Are you our next Data Scientist?

The Data Scientist (DS) will be responsible for identifying causal inference from structured and unstructured data of our operations. The DS will utilize various supervised, unsupervised, and working knowledge of ensemble learning techniques to draw insight and gain predictive power to mission critical KPI’s that drive business objectives. The DS will report through the Operations Excellence team in our North America business and have data science responsibilities activities of our mining operations

What will you do?

· Develop, quality test, and deploy algorithms using a variety of statistical/machine learning techniques that will help classify, predict, or detect anomalies in a variety of mission critical Key Performance Indicators of our operations. · Conduct data acquisition, exploration, preparation, and preprocessing · Collaborate with stakeholders to scope the business opportunity
