Job Description:
Factor_ a brand of Hellofresh is seeking a Data Workflow Manager, MRE. As a Data Workflow Manager, you will work with the maintenance, safety, and security teams to identify data needs, build low-code applications and dashboards, and improve workflow to automate manual processes. You will work with the Senior Manager, Data Analytics to build and prioritize a pipeline of projects to collect and deliver data to senior leadership. You will develop, deploy, and train on applications and dashboards built within our system, and perform periodic diagnostics to improve application functionality. You are idea-driven, with a good grasp of converting operational workflows and theoretical ideas into tangible, easy-to-use tools.
You will…
Follow, maintain, and uphold compliance with food safety, safety, and security standards.
Create and maintain QuickBase applications and associated table datasets.
Build dashboards and easy-to-use data input forms to create dynamic and intelligent data representations to aid senior leaders in making important business decisions.
Create and maintain APIs and data pipelines to ensure continuous workflow operation and data connectivity.
Troubleshoot pipeline and process failures and report impact and resolution to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics. As needed, work with QuickBase and other software support teams to resolve data connectivity and functionality issues.
Create and conduct application deployment training and user refresh training for new or modified applications or processes. Attend scheduled meetings with business leaders and provide function and process updates as needed.
Create and update training and support documents including FAQs, guides, and video content as needed.
Work closely with MRE leadership to identify and prioritize deliverables. Develop realistic timelines and provide progress updates to management on a regular basis.
As needed, collaborate with other teams within HelloFresh to bring critical operational and personnel data into our dashboards. Similarly, as needed, be a partner to other departments to help achieve common data goals.

Mandatory Requirements
You have…
3 – 5 years working in various cloud database platforms.
3 - 5 years of experience working with QuickBase.
3 – 5 years of experience working with APIs.
Demonstrated proficiency in SQL in previous work experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in at least two (2) other programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or PHP.
Experience with MS PowerShell is preferred, but not required.
Advanced computer software skills, including MS Office (+Visual Basics) and use of analytics or business intelligence software, such as Alteryx or Tableau.
Data literacy, with a capability to extract data and articulate dashboarding needs.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes, with the potential for domestic and international travel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High School diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or higher preferred.
The ability to motivate learning and thrive in a teaching/training/mentoring role.
The ability to exercise excellent judgment and common sense and demonstrate a "Make it happen" attitude.
Customer and team-oriented motivation and are willing to work together to maintain excellence and exceed goals.
Comfortable visiting in cold environments with some areas of our facilities at 4°C (40°F).
