We are looking for a dynamic Manager to join Global Managed Services and manage Database Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing group of database administrators and developers in multiple regions to drive customer deliverables, internal projects to improve margin and increase team’s efficiency, and ensure database infrastructure is highly secured and performing optimally.
To be a successful DBOps Manager, you should have thorough knowledge and hands on experience in various relational databases with an aptitude to gain thorough knowledge of underlying products they support. Ultimately, an outstanding DBOps manager should excel at influencing and motivating the team, lead by example and provide necessary support to meet the desired goals.

MS SQL and Oracle Database experience

Experience
Min of 10+ years of experience in database development, administration, and 5+ years of experience as manager.
Education
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
