Associate I, Strategy & Execution

We are seeking a highly analytical and operationally-focused Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst to support our sales development team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales development systems & processes, managing and analyzing performance data, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency. You will work closely with sales development leadership to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve the overall effectiveness of our sales development efforts.

The impact you will have: 

  • Develop and maintain core reporting to track key performance metrics for global sales development leadership 
  • Ownership of quarterly target & quota setting process, including end-of-period audit and credit validation
  • Develop and maintain tools to support sales development territory management
  • Partner with global sales development leadership to support annual planning (territories, headcount and org design) 
  • Evaluate and optimize sales development systems, processes and workflows to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Recommend and implement systems & process improvements to enhance productivity and performance of the sales development team
  • Partner with marketing, sales, sales operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales development processes

What we look for:

  • In-depth understanding of GTM S&O functional areas, including annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management
  • Strong ability (SQL a must) to understand and translate complex datasets into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing data-driven strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders

 

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
