Datacenter Windows Support Administrator

Overview:

· Contributes to the development and maintenance of system standards

· Assist in addressing and implementing datacenter operations projects

· Assists in information and requirements gathering for new equipment and systems

· Assists other IT team members as required

· Carry out special projects as needed

· Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Capable of adapting to a dynamic work environment, solving problems,

· Deliver creative solutions with a focus on mitigating recurring issues and limiting manual troubleshooting tasks

· Deliver direct and responsive communication to business users in support of issues, planned maintenance activities, and project updates

· Work effectively with process owners and SMEs to understand business requirements related to application implementations or enhancements

· Adhere to project management and change control policies and procedures

· Create and/or update support documentation, ensuring accuracy and appropriate detail where applicable.

Required Skills for the Windows Support Administrator:

· 2+ years of with server Hardware/datacenter experience

· 1+ years OS experience Windows/Redhat operating systems

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $57.00 per hour
