We're currently seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager - Bids and Solutions to lead our formal presales efforts within the Infrastructure Products domain. In this role, you'll ensure that we provide high-quality and winning bid responses while driving continuous improvements in our sales lifecycle. Your industry knowledge and commercial acumen will be essential as you analyze customer needs, research market trends, and collaborate closely with sales teams to deliver outstanding results. You’ll oversee the entire bid process, ensuring timely responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) while also tracking sales performance to pinpoint areas for enhancement. Managing a talented team of presales specialists, you'll foster a culture of learning and improvement, ensuring everyone on your team is engaged and valued.
