Assistant – Content Creation & Admin Support
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and creative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a fast-paced business and can confidently film content using their smartphone.
Responsibilities:
- Film content using your phone (e.g., behind-the-scenes, product shots, short reels)
- Assist with administrative tasks and support as needed
- Help coordinate schedules, communications, and updates
- Take clear direction and work independently when needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an assistant, admin, or content role
- Comfortable filming short-form videos on a smartphone
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Familiarity with TikTok or Instagram Reels is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
