This vertically integrated organization handles all aspects of multifamily operations in-house and is committed to delivering high-quality housing to families and seniors.
We are now hiring for a Assistant Property Manager to add to its amazing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Process all ARs/IRs
- Address Resident concerns
- Enter in work orders for maintenance
- Greet/assist walk-ins and answer phones
Necessary skills for this position include:
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong resident relations skillset
- Ability to follow up on assigned tasks
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
Experience:
- 2 + experience needed
