This is startup speed, with no margin for error. You’ll be programming, setting up, and launching tight-tolerance, multi-axis components in days—not weeks. From CAD to launch pad, we move fast, and we expect you to do the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Programming complex, multi-axis CNC machines for rapid-turnaround parts.
- Solving real engineering challenges under intense deadlines.
- Working directly with the founder and with customers on mission-critical projects.
- Getting it done—no excuses, no handholding.
You Must Have:
- Prior CNC programming experience (3+ years preferred).
- Strong grasp of machining fundamentals, G-code, CAM, and CAD workflows.
- A cool head under pressure and the drive to deliver under extreme timelines.
- U.S. Citizenship (required for defense/aerospace work).
- The grit and stamina to work long days—and as many as it takes.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
