Program Manager
Job summary
Looking for a Program Manager to support operations in a mid-level electronics contract manufacturing company. Main focus will be directing the box build (systems level) manufacturing projects, but will also have direct involvement on PCBA builds, custom wire harnesses, and sheet metal products. Day to day will be meeting with customers to evaluate their projects and needs, contacting vendors and quoting product builds, developing a supply chain/schedule and directing the purchasing division, and tracking materials in MRP to ensure build readiness. This person should have a background in NPI, materials management/planning and understand how to navigate the key vendors of major components used in electronics, and be comfortable reading drawings for custom cables and basic mechanical parts. To be a good candidate and excel in this role, you don’t have to know everything on day one, but you do have to have the drive to learn constantly. Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
