Senior Manager, Payroll

Dataiku is looking for a driven Senior Payroll Manager with experience working in a fast-paced target-driven environment to lead payroll functions for the Americas & APAC regions.

Skills

Hands-on payroll processing experience
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
Communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle processing of US and Canada payroll on a semi-monthly basis
Identify recommendations to scale processes
Update payroll tax, earnings & deductions
Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems
Manage tax and benefit compliance
Be the point of contact for all payroll related issues
Manage Workers Comp audits
