The GenAI Principal Product Manager will support the organization in building deep learning and generative AI capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and implementation of our generative AI product and will be responsible for programs that leverage generative AI technologies across different departments within the company. You will work closely with stakeholders across all parts of the business including Engineering, Product, GTM, Partners, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success teams to execute growth projects and new products and features. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development. The ideal candidate will also understand prompt engineering, build domain-specific models leveraging (ideally) vector search, and/or have experience with fine-tuning LLMs (Large Language Models). Key Responsibilities: • Lead technical discussions and be a thought leader during product reviews • Integrate your technical knowledge, subject matter expertise, and understanding of trends to make sound decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis. • Responsible for designing and executing process and strategy frameworks that facilitate product-related goal setting, decision-making, and business impact. • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery. • Articulate to stakeholders your team’s technology vision, requirements, goals, and milestones. • Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases. • Own the execution of or applying machine learning (ML)/artificial intelligence technologies such as computer vision, NLP, speech/audio, or personalization. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience: • Have introduced radical new products (0 to 1) to end customers in previous roles that have dramatically changed market dynamics. • Knowledge of Gen AI and ML landscape and can shape strategy and engage with stakeholders. • 8 years experience in product management with technical products • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 8 years experience as a Product Manager The talent and dedication of our employees are at the core of DataRobot’s journey to be an iconic company.
