Global organizations, including 40% of the Fortune 50, rely on DataRobot to drive greater impact and value from AI.We are seeking a talented and experienced Unified Search Manager to lead our Global SEO and SEM efforts and drive organic and paid growth for our brand. This position is responsible for leading digital strategy across paid and organic search channels, managing target attainment, and driving business growth as part of our Demand Generation team.Key Responsibilities:• Drive to target attainment across owned SEM and SEO channels• Lead, develop, and present strategies to global stakeholders, demonstrating the value and impact of SEO and paid search initiatives, whether individually or holistically• Take a data-driven approach, leveraging complex data sets to derive insights and measure success and business impact across search channels. Deliver weekly search reports and recommendations.• Significantly boost search rankings, web traffic and conversion for organic search, ultimately exceeding benchmarks• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to drive growth across owned channels• Collaborate closely with digital strategy, web, campaign, product marketing, and content teams to develop high-performing landing pages, copy, and quality customer experiences to drive conversion growth and deliver to target KPIs and forecast• Demand forecasting for SEM and SEO with recommendations for unified search to maximize ROI of paid search campaigns• Drive value and efficiency of a unified search program combining SEO and paid search channels integrating CRO testing for overall search performance and ROI• Be proactive and collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and outline strategies for growing new business revenue across SEO and SEM through keyword optimization• Manage impression share and maximize efficiencies based on customer acquisition cost targets• Identify and capitalize on new search industry opportunities and trends to evolve programs, staying abreast of the latest industry developments and integrating new technologies and methodologies• Work with internal and agency partners for paid search execution and website updatesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level paid search and SEO comprehensive strategies at scale• Deep knowledge in media buying and optimization, PPC campaign management, local search, technical SEO, and performance optimization• An analytical mindset; ability to leverage cutting-edge technologies, AI, scripts, and automation tools to take a data-driven approach to measuring ROI and optimizing campaign performance• Extensive experience working with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics, data APIs, executive dashboard and campaign performance reporting to ensure end-to-end funnel conversion tracking and integrate multiple data sources including 1P dataNice to have:• 8+ years of related experience in Search (SEM and SEO) with a proven track record of driving business growth from search channels• Relevant certifications and 5+ years experience of buying media at scale in search engine marketing (SEM/PPC) tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and various DSPs (e.g. SA360, Google Adwords, Amazon Ads, etc.)• Relevant certifications and 4+ years experience working with SEO tools such as SEMRush, aHrefs, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, Yext, Lighthouse, and Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business)• Digital-first agency experience or proven track record in fast paced start up environments strongly preferred• Self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success• Possess an innovative, proactive, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment that values accountability, continuous learning, and agility• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience strongly preferredThe talent and dedication of our employees are at the core of DataRobot’s journey to be an iconic company.
