We thrive under pressure and always keep the customer at the heart of everything we do.AccountabilitiesPosition SummaryThe Treasury Analyst provides support within the Global Corporate Treasury group in the areas of cash and banking management including global cash flow forecasting, debt reporting and compliance, risk management and insurance and other ad-hoc treasury-related projects.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCash and Banking Management• Responsible for monitoring daily cash position and coordinating global cash forecast• Perform daily cash management activities through payment processing and funds transfers for both international and domestic accounts• Analyze monthly bank fees• Ensure compliance with banking agreements and audit procedures• Manage FX forecasts and measure riskDebt Reporting and Compliance• Assist in preparing financial documents for compliance reporting• Maintain debt files for interest forecasting• Support debt reporting, interest modeling, debt payments and compliance• Manage and maintain relationship with debt partnersRisk Management and Insurance• Assist in preparing annual insurance applications• Identify and manage financial risk and currency risk• Continual process improvement on risk management strategies and tools• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory controls and requirements• Assist in financial audits• Ensure compliance with the bank and the ability to respond to audit inquiriesOther Ad-Hoc Treasury-related Projects• Collaborate with other departments to assist in any banking needs• Assist on banking integration projects• Provide customer service both internal and external• Identify new ways to work with the Datasite product• Support process of new acquisitionsQualifications2 - 4 years of relevant experience--working in treasury, finance or accounting related positions.Strong analytical and communication skills, along with ability to communicate data clearly and effectively in written and verbal form.IT literacy is essential, with a demonstrated proficiency in Excel/spreadsheet skills and other Microsoft Office products.Experience with treasury systems and processes, and electronic payment initiatives are a plus. Experience with Workday is preferred.Must be a self-starter and have proven ability to prioritize, plus the ability to work both independently and within a team with a high amount of discretion and sensitivity to confidential informationMust be well organized and provide strong attention to detail.EducationBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldExperience2 - 4 years of relevant experience--working in treasury, finance or accounting related positionsPositions that Typically Report to this PositionN/APhysical DemandsTypical office environment which includes extended periods of time sitting or standing, working on a personal computer, typing, using a mouse, using a phone and participating in video conferences, etc.Add % of travel time, if applicable.As a global organization, Datasite knows that diverse perspectives are essential to our success.
