Sales Operations Intern

We are looking for operational support for our international Sales teams (Amsterdam, New York, Kuala Lumpur). Working closely with not only Sales but other stakeholders in Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, your main responsibilities will be to contribute to our CRM integrity, provide analysis around sales performance, and manage projects to improve our processes across the organization.

This is a summer internship out of our NYC office and we are looking for interns to join June/July through August

What you will do

• Improve CRM data integrity, by identifying discrepancies and implementing data collection guardrails.

• Build reports and dashboards to help further our analysis of sales performance.

• Update or implement new processes to optimize our sales cycle and the productivity of our Sales.

• Support the administration of our Sales tools.

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure effective use of the developed solutions.

• Assist our Sales department with day-to-day questions, requests, or suggestions.

hat you bring

• Enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Commerce, Data Analysis, or related discipline.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills (good written and spoken English required).

• Comfortable with data management concepts and Microsoft Excel.

• Solid organizational skills and ability to work simultaneously on different projects.

• High energy level and a proven ability to think quickly on your feet.

• Familiar with CRM management (ideally with Hubspot).
