Job Description:Overview:Dave & Buster’s is seeking an energetic and creative Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that elevate the Dave & Buster’s brand. You will assist in the development and implementation of campaigns that drive guest engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. This position requires a passion for entertainment, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, and in-store promotions, to build brand awareness and drive traffic.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiative rollouts to ensure timelines are met, communication is clear (to field and at support center), and reporting is properly set up.• Collaborate with the design team to create and update marketing materials, including flyers, posters, digital ads, and in-store signage.• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing data and providing insights to optimize performance.• Work closely with the marketing team to manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all campaigns and promotions.• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.• Coordinate and communicate with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and adherence to brand guidelines.• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.• 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or a related role.• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, or AI tools is a plus.• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for building brand experiences.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a strong interest in entertainment, hospitality, or the restaurant industry.WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?:Dave & Buster’s is an imaginative and dynamic company dedicated to creating innovative entertainment experiences that bring joy, laughter, and excitement to people of all ages.
