About the role: As our Chief Snack Strategist, you will be the mastermind behind our office snack program, ensuring that our team is well-fed, happy, and energized. You will curate a diverse selection of snacks that cater to different dietary needs and preferences, while also promoting health and wellness. This is a unique opportunity to bring joy and sustenance to our hardworking team in a creative and impactful way.

What you’ll do:

• Snack Curation: Select and manage a variety of snacks, from healthy options to occasional indulgences, ensuring a balanced and appealing snack selection for all employees.

• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with snack vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and securing the best deals for the company.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the snack program budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Dietary Inclusivity: Ensure that snack options cater to various dietary restrictions and preferences, including gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, and other considerations.

• Employee Engagement: Gather feedback from employees on snack preferences and satisfaction, making adjustments based on their input to continuously improve the program.

• Wellness Promotion: Collaborate with the wellness team to incorporate snacks that support overall health and wellness initiatives within the company.

• Event Coordination: Plan and execute snack-related events and activities, such as themed snack days, snack tastings, and healthy eating workshops.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage snack inventory levels, ensuring that the snack area is always well-stocked and organized.

What you’ll need:

• A passion for food and snacks, with a keen interest in health and wellness.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

• Previous experience in a similar role or in food service management is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
