About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Credit and Banking group. In this role, you will lead the credit-to-bank journey, driving and growing our banking business by developing and executing strategies to achieve our banking goals. This role focuses on creating and managing cross-promotion strategies to promote our banking products to customers within our app, driving customer engagement and adoption while ensuring a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing consumer-facing Fintech products and experience working with credit products or in the banking sector. You will excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, finance, and engineering. You will lead and inspire a team of designers, data analysts, and engineers (though they will not be direct reports) to execute the product vision. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities are essential.

What You'll Do
Develop and manage a strategic roadmap based on customer and market insights aligned with near and long-term objectives.
Lead product lifecycle ideation, planning, and execution, managing complex dependencies
Collaborate with other members of product, data, design, engineering, and marketing to find ways to expand our offerings.
Work cross-functionally across the organization, aligning expectations from various departments and stakeholders to execute against said roadmap.
Align performance metrics with business strategies, evaluating product performance throughout its lifecycle.
Design and run A/B tests to constantly be learning about how to push our products forward
Utilize critical thinking to interpret, evaluate, and analyze data and facts to make informed decisions.
Foster creativity and ideation, balancing curiosity, practicality, and imaginative solutions
Communicate adeptly across all organizational levels, from strategic vision to tactical requirements, both orally and in writing.
Exhibit strong empathy and understanding of stakeholder perspectives and customer pain points to create solutions and quickly bring the right product to market.
What You'll Need
6+ years of experience in Product Management
Bachelor’s degree (or above) in STEM or Business discipline
A willingness to wear multiple hats and do what is needed to move the team forward
Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Exceptional communication skills
To be a proactive, self-starter to define the path forward on a new product
To be able to navigate through ambiguity and bring clarity to your team effectively
Strong analytical skills and an ability to parse through noise and recognize signals
Credit or banking-based product experience
